  It’s good for shopping but there is weird smell whole mall we couldn’t walk and visit more stores because of the smell.

  I visited this place to collect my order i placed online. I turned up as I never received a order-ready email though the expected time passed and i had a flight to onboard after collecting it. guy who attended me was so helpless saying, if you have not received an email, you cant get it. I agreed and said at least let me know when i can expect it as i need to travel, this guy was i don’t know anything, talk to Apple support not here. Luckily, i got another guy who helped with the order number and helped to collect the order. If I would’t have tried to find another guy in the store, I was about to cancel the order due to my travel. Never recommend this store to visit.

  Had such a good experience here; I booked a Genius Bar appointment for my apple pencil and they were super friendly, got me checked in early, and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. A huge thank you to Victor and his team - they are the most down to earth and friendly people to work with! I would definitely recommend this store 🥰

  I went in yesterday because I was having sync issues between my iPhone 17 and my Apple Watch SE3. From the start, the staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. For how busy it was for a Thursday afternoon, it was also the quickest customer service I’ve ever gotten from any Apple Store. Their technician Greg called me within 5 minutes of me waiting there. There was a little bit of issue to start with because we had to unpair and pair my watch again, but he did end up helping me get them synced up again. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable with fixing the issue and was able to answer my questions about it. I will absolutely be back if I need anything again! I don’t typically leave 5-star reviews for places (usually a 4 star), but this experience definitely warranted one because of how incredible they were!
