Hello…I was at the end of my patience with my I Phone 12. Not even enough space to download my latest update. I visited the Verizon store at 4675 Fayetteville Rd in Raeford, NC and found a major solution to my problem with the professional help & remarkable customer service skills, knowledge, and personality of Sales Representative Jacob Locklear.
With good active listening skills, he heard me and quickly provided a customer - focused solution & presentation that was truly a perfect fit and solution to my problem.
I am a proud owner of a new IPhone 17. Mr. Locklear’s customer service skills and attitude reflect very well for Verizon. He answered the many-many questions I had with a calm and patience that would make any supervisor proud. He is a value-added Sales Representative for Verizon.
I know solid customer service skills when I come across them from my years of experience. I am. Retired Air Force Veteran with 24 years of honorable service. As a Supervisor and Manager of military and civilian employees; it would be an honor to have someone like Mr. Jacob Locklear on my team.

I want to personally thank Angel (I hope that’s how she spells it). Angel went out of her way to assist my mom and transferring her line from T-Mobile. She made the process very simple and easy.
Great customer service is hard to find, but Angel was amazing and my mom walked away with a new phone!

I bought a couple of phones for my children from a third party and was having issues putting them on my existing lines for a couple days. I finally found the time to take them in today. Cassie sat down and helped us through the process for about 35 minutes knowing full well we weren't going to be buying anything. After having a less ideal experience with the same issue at another location a few years back, it was great to feel appreciated and valued despite not being a "sale." Thank you Cassie!
