With good active listening skills, he heard me and quickly provided a customer - focused solution & presentation that was truly a perfect fit and solution to my problem. I finally found the time to take them in today. Cassie sat down and helped us through the process for about 35 minutes knowing full well we weren't going to be buying anything.
