- RMRyan MasseySep 26, 20251.0You'd be better off sending your product to Siberia to be fixed. Not only would you get back it sooner (even if you had to walk there), they probably communicate more efficiently. P.S you'll likely need a coat if walking, it's rather cold there.
- CWChelsea WrightAug 4, 20251.0I made an appointment to have the back of my Iphone fixed, long story short after waiting 2 hours they came to me and said the new part malfunctioned so they had to put my original part back on which was fine because it was working normal. They hand me my phone it was off and HOT, it would not even cut on, they FRIED my battery and BROKE MY PHONE so I had no other choice but to get a NEW PHONE!! This is just so wrong, and I had just finished paying that phone off! Never will I go back to them EVER AGAIN!
