She was so accommodating and super sharp with moving the data and setting up the passwords. She was very persistent in getting all the info from the phones she needed which was not the easiest to do because I did not have them set up to easily find and the security alert was on. We are very happy with her genuine interest in us being satisfied with our purchases and our phone info!
