I have made over 7 phone calls about this trying to find out about this. Customer service...located out of the US is very polite, gives me no answers, wastes my time , etc. I am SO VERY SORRY I attempted to order from this company. I have tried numerous times to speak with the local store, though I dial the local number, it transfers me back out of the US to the same Un helpful customer service dept

I spent over $1200 because they couldn't fix my previous laptop that they had for over a month, so had to get a new one. Bought new insurance at the time and conveniently its no good cause my current laptop(that they made me upgrade to) isn't even in their system. They are garbage.
