We have gone to them to replace a separate TV, and they advised us on upgrading our internet system to better reach our whole home. They are also extremely knowledgeable and conscious of cost. One of the refrigerator bins broke and when I called I asked if they sell them--they do not but they helped me to find one online that was half the price of what the manufacturer was asking on their website. I am always happy to shop a local business, but I am particularly happy to do so when the staff are as helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly as at Electronics Plus. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought a refrigerator from them after a terrible experience with a big box store who delivered a damaged model then returned without the tools to complete the job. They had a perfect model in stock and delivered it right away. We went back when looking for a frame TV, wondering if they could come close to the sale price of the big box store. Were pleased to find that they could beat the price and deliver even faster than the other. Installation was top notch. They were professional and knowledgeable. Had to drill some extra into the wall and brought a vacuum to clean up after themselves. Made sure to stay until we were setup and answer any questions before leaving. Would definitely shop with them again
