He asked what I was using it for and he presented a bunch of options from laptops to all-in-ones and desktops that fit my parameters and in store for purchase. With me being new to pc's Carl told me to take all the time I needed to look over the specs and prices to make sure it was the one I wanted. Overall great experience!!
