    We left Verizon to go to ATT. I had to go into the store two times to get my bill printed. Each time the manager helped me and she was amazing!! We left Verizon because of bad service. You need to promote this manager and put her in charge of training! We would not have left had she helped us previously!!!

    We had a wonderful experience at the Verizon store in Mooresville, thanks to Parker Reid. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing us. He made what can be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. We truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness, and he is a real credit to the Verizon team.     We had an amazing in-store experience thanks to Erica and the store manager Tatiana. On New Years my Partner and I went in to purchase new phones . Through everything my partner and I are currently facing, having reliable phones is essential, As soon as we walked in we we were welcomed and greeted with smiles , we asked who would like a guaranteed sale (lol) and Erica made eye contact with us and smiled. Throughout the whole process Erica went above and beyond with PATIENCE, KINDNESS, and PROFESSIONALISM , making the process of switching service and devices smooth and stress-free. Both Erica and Tatiana took the time to listen/answer questions and made sure everything was handled with care. It’s RARE to receive this level of genuine customer service, and we’re incredibly grateful. Thank you Erica and Tatiana!

    99% of the reviews I post are positive. Not this one. I had a terrible experience at this store today. I was the very first customer in at 10am. No greeting whatsoever. They just unlocked the door and I was on my own. Went to the closest associate and was barely greeted by her. It immediately appeared to me that she was unhappy to be at work. It also became clear that she didn't know her stuff. She knew nothing about the product I was looking to purchase, or the "deals" that were available to me that I later saw on the Verizon web site. She spoke to me only to answer direct questions and offered no assistance, advice, or information beyond that. As a career sales person, I can state with confidence that the associate I dealt with today should seek alternate employment where people are not involved. Zero motivation or enthusiasm to assist or inform. I walked out not accomplishing anything other than frustration.
