    We had an amazing in-store experience thanks to Erica and the store manager Tatiana. On New Years my Partner and I went in to purchase new phones . Through everything my partner and I are currently facing, having reliable phones is essential, As soon as we walked in we we were welcomed and greeted with smiles , we asked who would like a guaranteed sale (lol) and Erica made eye contact with us and smiled. Throughout the whole process Erica went above and beyond with PATIENCE, KINDNESS, and PROFESSIONALISM , making the process of switching service and devices smooth and stress-free. Both Erica and Tatiana took the time to listen/answer questions and made sure everything was handled with care. It’s RARE to receive this level of genuine customer service, and we’re incredibly grateful. Thank you Erica and Tatiana!

    99% of the reviews I post are positive. Not this one. I had a terrible experience at this store today. I was the very first customer in at 10am. No greeting whatsoever. They just unlocked the door and I was on my own. Went to the closest associate and was barely greeted by her. It immediately appeared to me that she was unhappy to be at work. It also became clear that she didn't know her stuff. She knew nothing about the product I was looking to purchase, or the "deals" that were available to me that I later saw on the Verizon web site. She spoke to me only to answer direct questions and offered no assistance, advice, or information beyond that. As a career sales person, I can state with confidence that the associate I dealt with today should seek alternate employment where people are not involved. Zero motivation or enthusiasm to assist or inform. I walked out not accomplishing anything other than frustration.

    This review is specifically for Shannon at this store. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25 years. I bought a new phone and had multiple issues with the new phone and transferring the data from the old phone. After 36 hours of frustrating lack of service via chat, 611, and support tickets, I made an appointment at the store. From the moment I walked in, Shannon was knowledgeable, helpful, calming, and patient. He resolved all issues, answered many questions along the way, and made sure I didn’t leave until I was completely comfortable with everything. Thank you! He likely saved my remaining as a Verizon customer.

    Ridiculous! I get an email telling me my order is ready for pick up. Not even 24 hrs later it says it was canceled for non pick up. For reference, I got the email about my order being ready for pick up at 2:30pm on 9/30. At 4:10am on 10/1 I got an email saying it was canceled because I didn't pick it up by 10/1. Then it shows the order was reprocessed for store pick up. I show up at the store and there is no order and they don't even have the phone! The store tells me I have to call customer service because there is nothing they can do. I sit on the phone and get mad at customer service because they tell me it's on the store and the store needs to process the order out. No one can seem to figure it out and it's nothing but a blame game of who messed up. Bottom line is, I don't care who messed up, but I wanted someone to fix it. However, no fix and no solution except to call customer service to cancel the order and reorder again. Tell me what is the point of the store if they can't do anything? Waste of time today!
