They still could not fix or identify our problem with our printer. They gave us an appt to come to our home but could not come for a week. Our appt time was 7AM to 7PM, it is now 7:10PM, no Geek Squad. We tried to call this morning to try to get a pin down time even within 2–3 hr window. No o e would answer the phone. Pitiful service, I would not even give them 1 star

They stated that it would be sent off for an estimate and that I would not be charged for the diagnostic as it was under the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer called to say that to repair the laptop would be more than what I paid for it. When I went to pick it up at Geek Squad, they wanted to charge me a $90 diagnostic fee! I was lied to by the Geek Squad agent when he said there would be no charge to have it diagnosed. DO NOT take your computer to Geek Squad for repair!!
