I received an Oura Ring for Christmas at Best Buy. They assured my husband that we could return it. The ring never charged and then the outer and inner bands separated. We were told that since it was damaged, they wouldn't take it back. The ring has never been worn. We bought a defective product. They didn't do one thing to help - no call to Oura or no number provided - just a "why haven't you left yet" attitude. On the way out, I asked to speak to the manager. The same person she had just talked to suddenly was in a meeting. I'm done Best Buy!

Why i don't shop BB anymore. Website says video card was in stock at this location and available for pickup. i made the online purchase to go pick up the next day. i never received an update until I logged in to check the next day and the item is now shipping to the store in 6 days and pickup information was nonexistent. I canceled the order and went down to Microcenter and bought the card there. Not sure why they didn't call and ask if I wanted to wait for the card but instead they went ahead and ordered the card when I was not interested in waiting 6 days for shipping.

Bought a car stereo from here, had it in a month and it failed. It make a weird squeal sound and went quite, then came back on sounding terrible and really tinty. When I got out of my car, and returned later I could smell electrical burn smell. Went to this store with reciept and talked to customer care. The worker told me they can't order that model alpine anymore, and to remove it and bring it in for exchange for a different unit or refund. I did that and the person working the counter when I went back said they couldn't help me after I took it out and brought it back like I was told. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was told they would remedy the situation then the next person wont honor that. So now I have a 400 dollar paperweight and no stereo. Customer service really has gone down hill since covid, but I expected Best Buy, whom I've been shopping with for over 30 years to provide decent service. Will never shop Best Buy again, and will go to Amazon who provides excellent service and stands buy their products and customers. Best buy is a sad joke anymore.

Frustrating visit to Best Buy today trying to return an unscratched gift card with recent receipt. Joseph the sales representative cheerfully told me that it doesn't matter what the card and the receipt say, everybody knows that you can't return gift cards. For a confused and disappointed customer, a little more empathy would have been helpful.

Ashley was absolutely amazing. There was 7 of us that went to buy gifts for our Huntersville Ford yearly Christmas party. As soon as we walked in she came up with the best attitude smiling and said she was going to be our personal shopper and somehow managed to help all of us while we ran around the store buying gifts. You can tell that she loves her job and it was such a pleasure to have her assist us while we purchased about 45 gifts. Thank you Ashley for being so amazing. #BUYFORD
