  Ask for ELI!! WHEN purchasing and setting up your new phone! I want to give a huge shout-out to Eli in the Mobile Cell Dept! I bought a new iPhone 17 Pro yesterday, and Eli swiftly helped me transfer everything from my old phone. When I returned later, Eli was staffing the entire department alone, managing me and 5 other customers simultaneously. Throughout the entire experience, he remained calm, efficient, and professional. Everyone he was working with stayed patient because he was so good at his job. Eli, thank you for being so patient and knowing your products inside and out, whether it’s Apple or Samsung. You nailed it! Best Buy needs to give this young man a promotion and a raise immediately. Kudos to Eli for the excellent tech service. CK

  Eli did an amazing job with transferring my data from my old iPhone to new Samsung. He was able to fix issues and also remained very polite during a process that took a bit longer than expected. Great results and no complaints, highly recommend.
