    I walked into the store mid morning to return a new iPhone I didn’t like. There may have been 1 customer but most of the employees were sitting and just stared at me. I stood in the middle of the store and nothing. Then I heard this one young lady say to the other he’s standing there waiting for us to greet him and they all laughed. Now I realized what type of store I’m dealing with because they all had the same attitude. I stepped forward and the one of two females said sternly can I help you with an attitude. I showed the phone and said my situation and she said $50 for the restock fee and just the attitude would make the worst fast food worker blush. I said no, I’ll call support and I’m not dealing with this place . And what made it worse she’s like yeah, what ever. I was going to cancel my Verzion service because of these people there. I went to the Mattews store and they made it right. Fire everyone in that store.

    Great experience at the store in Monroe. I’ve been a customer at Verizon for almost 10 years and this stores ensures I have a consistent experience everytime and one of value. Always clean. Staff is always attentive and personable. Huge part of what I decide to stay loyal to Verizon wireless.

    If you need help, go see Francis at this Verizon store. I was in a tough spot with a major tech issue, and Francis absolutely crushed it. He's the manager here, and it shows. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and figured everything out for me in minutes. The entire team was great, but Francis is the reason I'm writing this review. Best phone store experience I've ever had, hands down.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. We have Verizon home internet for a few months. It was absolutely horrible so I canceled. When I cancelled, they told me to return my wifi box the UPS, which I did the day I cancelled service. 3 months later, I had several hundred dollars taken out of my bank account from Verizon. I disputed with my bank and then a month later I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency for a Verizon bill. They are saying that my wifi box was never returned, but it was. UPS lost it. UPS never gave me a tracking number. The collection agency is saying I have to have a tracking number to dispute this charge. I never received anything in the mail or by email from Verizon or ups about the WiFi box not making it. Now they have impacted my credit as well as they are saying I owe them money for this Verizon box which someone else lost! Verizon, Verizon’s collection agency and UPS have all been very unhelpful. Everyone I talk to barely talks English and pretty much just tells me I’m screwed and have to pay them all this money for a piece of equipment I don’t have! All are super unprofessional. My family and I have been customers with Verizon for 30+ years and no longer will be after this mess.
