Then it said in the email to drop these items off at the store. God help me, that’s what I did. ‘Usually sir, you don’t have to trade in any items to get a discount sir. When you’re upgrading a tablet like this… I’ve never seen that before.’ I was not upgrading a tablet. I was not upgrading anything. I was dropping off items that I had traded in for a new product that is going to be mailed to me. I loathe coming to this place. I would rather bang my head against a brick wall than come here. It would be less painful. I feel as though my intelligence is insulted every time I step into this store. I speak plain english, but it’s like I’m from another planet or something. Terrible customer service, top to bottom. This review isn’t from just one experience either.

- CLCathy LewisDec 22, 20255.0If you need awesome customer service go see John Swiatek he did what the clueless manager at the Matthews store said couldn’t be done in addition to being a jerk who was demanding respect from the customer yet he showed no respect by rolling his eyes at our questions and then ask us to leave with a phone that couldn’t be unlocked or used. Thank God John turned our horrible experience into a GREAT one.
