He got me a new phone quickly and easily when the other location couldn’t give me a new phone after I visited their location 4 separate times and gave excuses why I had to wait due to their own errors. The Mocksville Verizon was clean, easy to do business with, and friendly. We’ll be going there from now on.

Went to Russell's Verizon store in Mocksville. Within 10 minutes the guys had my issue resolved and on my way. The only Verizon store to visit . Thanks guys

We called this store and within seconds we had Nick answer the phone. He was extremely helpful. We drove 40 minutes to get the phone and had nothing but a good experience. Christopher helped us get everything set up and made the process easy. He didnt try to oversell and made it straight to the point. Im not with Verizon anymore but this was the best experience I've had with them.
