    Recieved new Samsung Watch for Christmas. Had issues getting it set up . Spend 3.5 hours with Verizon tech support and above. Couldnt resolve issue. Went to Russell's Verizon store in Mocksville. Within 10 minutes the guys had my issue resolved and on my way. The only Verizon store to visit . Thanks guys

    We were looking for the new Iphone 17 Pro and tried calling multiple places and none would answer or it would go to an automated message. We called this store and within seconds we had Nick answer the phone. He was extremely helpful. We drove 40 minutes to get the phone and had nothing but a good experience. Christopher helped us get everything set up and made the process easy. He didnt try to oversell and made it straight to the point. Im not with Verizon anymore but this was the best experience I've had with them.
