- AGAnthony GortonOct 20, 20255.0I recently went to the Verizon store in Mebane and crossed paths with Andrew who greeted me the minute I walked in the door even though he was with a customer. I was looking to set up my new business account and multiple phones and phone lines to get up and running. At the time I walked in the store the store was packed full of customers and dramatically understaffed due to half of the workers covering the NC State fair which was in town. Once I got in front of Andrew and started working with him, he made me feel like a priority from start to finish which was a very lengthy process! He made it seamless, and went the extra mile to get the specific requests I had met all while customers were piling in the store and phones ringing non stop. He handled the entire afternoon with outstanding customer service and delivered on exactly what I needed for my business. He stayed much past his normal shift hours to get my accounts opened and I couldn’t say better things about him. Cannot recommend Andrew enough, thank you!!
