They refuse to provide their name and rudely tell you that you must come to the store to have questions answered. It's not just one bad rep, as birds flock together, so do Verizon employees at the Mebane office. I attempted to get my questions answered from 3 different employees, none of which would provide their name. After 20 years with Verizon, due to the way I was treated, there will not be 20 years and 1 day. I cancelled my services.
