Verizon's assistance was unable to help me with a new phone (major problem) and wanted me to pay for it out of pocket! I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Verizon, to get NOWHERE. They didn't want to help an 18-year-long customer out, with a phone disaster! Mason and a new employee took it upon themselves and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and helped me get a working phone! I know all of these phone providers are mostly about money, but at least if you are going to go with a service, go where you will be taken care of if something goes wrong with your device. They have worked tirelessly to get my account in order and make sure my phone was fixed. I commend Mason on his amazing work, and I am grateful for the community to have this guy in the customer's corner!!
