    I Hate phone upgrades soooo much, but our experience with John M in the Matthews location was great He was so very helpful and knowledgeable. He Made the process so much easier. Highly recommend John M!!

    I to this store this past week to exchange my phone, which wasn't working properly and was less than 30 days old. John M. and Gage, the GM, as well as everyone else working were fantastic. They all pitched in to make my experience a smooth one. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and knowledge all rolled up into one!

    My wife and I were very disappointed with the service here today. My wife and I were in the queue and were 4th in line and then after 30 or so min we got a notice that we were 1st in line. All the white customers who came after us got helped but us. We waited over an hr before my wife went up to the 2 women associates who were just having a good ol time talking to each other. I asked if anyone was going to help us. That’s when one of the associates named Carmyn Pride or something said she could help since she wasn’t doing anything. We told her how we felt discriminated and how all the white customers after us got help before us. She quickly brushed it off and gave the excuse that she did not see us. Mind you she knew we were there because she waved hi to us when we arrived. She was able to get us out of there in less than 5 min. I am very upset with the way we were treated and the lack of awareness and discrimination we got here. We’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years now. We will not be coming back ever again. Horrible service and wasted over an hr here with no help until something was said.

    In today’s day and age, switching phone carriers—especially with a family of five—can feel overwhelming. Things rarely transfer easily, and the process is usually stressful. That was not the case at the Verizon store in Matthews. Tim and Gage went above and beyond to make our experience smooth, positive, and genuinely worth the time we invested. They patiently answered every question, handled every detail, and made sure our entire family was taken care of from start to finish. I almost never write reviews, but their customer service was truly exceptional. Tim and Gage were absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t be more thankful for their help.
