Thanks to them though for helping us out! Do not go here. If you do, please be aware they will not ask if you want your phones transferred, they will just do it and charge you for it. We thought that since we had to do a trade in (first time we’ve ever done this) that they did the transfer to get our old phones. No. That is not the case. We were not given an option, just charged $80. We most definitely would have done this ourselves to save $80. From what I understand now, we could have done it ourselves and brought our phones back to turn in. We were not told that. I called Verizon but they did nothing.

Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain our options and helped us choose the best plans and devices for our lifestyle. He made the entire process seamless, from setting up our new phones to ensuring we were comfortable with the new service plans. We truly appreciated his professionalism and friendly demeanor. We highly recommend Jose and this store to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

Two associates working with one customer and has not in the least acknowledge either myself nor the couple that walked in behind me. The gentleman that just walked into this store was a sales associate, you can hear one of the other associates ask if he wanted to assist the next customer and he loudly stated "no. I don't. I don't start til 10:30 and it's not 10:30". When in actuality it was 10:30. Such rude and oblivious associates at this store.
