- BMBJ MoretzNov 6, 20253.0Friendly staff. The rep didn’t not follow the directions I brought to release my company phone number to me. It locked up my new I phone. Took 4 days and apple support to unlock it. My new phone was useless during that time. The Russell cellular staff shrugged their shoulders and said good luck. Apple support is awesome luckily. The new I phone17 Air has the same battery life as my old I phone 10 today with an old battery. Not happy about that.
