  Very friendly and helpful. Lots of issues transferring info due to dying phone but they were able to get it done, highly satisfied with the service I received there.

  Friendly staff. The rep didn’t not follow the directions I brought to release my company phone number to me. It locked up my new I phone. Took 4 days and apple support to unlock it. My new phone was useless during that time. The Russell cellular staff shrugged their shoulders and said good luck. Apple support is awesome luckily. The new I phone17 Air has the same battery life as my old I phone 10 today with an old battery. Not happy about that.

  They listened to the problem with the phone, worked to get the phone back. When the phone would not respond; turn on, they worked with me to replace the phone in a way that I could monetarily handle.
