    My initial visit to the store was not great. However, when I called and voice my disappointment to the manager, he not only received the criticism well, but offered to fix the mistakes that had been made. When I went back to get the situation fixed the initial salesperson apologized and was kind. That's not easy stuff to do. I really appreciated the manager and salesperson making the situation right.

    Mr. Pete was the best! He helped me get the best deal when I urgently needed a new phone! He made me feel a lot less stressed by listening to my anxieties and helping me get the best plans in order for me to save money and to get me my new phone! The service he gave me was prompt and swift so I wasn’t waiting for help for not even more than 1 minute of walking into the building! Give my mans a raise por favor!

    We have never been treated as well as we were treated at the Knightdale location! Between our associate Vic the store manager Eric were so helpful. We had a few hiccups with switching our service but they were great and knew how to take care of everything with no issue! This location is awesome!!!
