Walk in told that there are 4 people ahead, couple walks in 20 minutes after me and gets helped. Waste of time definitely porting my number back over to AT&T where at least I can get good customer service. Are you really that incompetent to help someone with a physical sim? Sheesh

However, when I called and voice my disappointment to the manager, he not only received the criticism well, but offered to fix the mistakes that had been made. When I went back to get the situation fixed the initial salesperson apologized and was kind. That's not easy stuff to do. I really appreciated the manager and salesperson making the situation right.
