Knightdale location and mercantile dr must specifically search for people to work with no people skills and zero experience in sales. They don’t greet you. They don’t know what they’re talking about. They can all only tell you call customer service. They can’t even explain the bill! Come anytime after 6:30/7 they will just wait for you to leave instead of helping you. Also no one on staff has the ability to multi task.

Walk in told that there are 4 people ahead, couple walks in 20 minutes after me and gets helped. Waste of time definitely porting my number back over to AT&T where at least I can get good customer service. Are you really that incompetent to help someone with a physical sim? Sheesh

However, when I called and voice my disappointment to the manager, he not only received the criticism well, but offered to fix the mistakes that had been made. When I went back to get the situation fixed the initial salesperson apologized and was kind. That's not easy stuff to do. I really appreciated the manager and salesperson making the situation right.
