  BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE Imagine deciding to upgrade your dishwasher, having it installed, and then developing a major leak within 24 hours to deal with yourself. Would pulling up the floors be inconvenient? Take the extra time to go somewhere else. It may be worth it. They may have a shortage of quality installers.. Best Buy chose to have "Installs Inc" perform this installation. Be sure to research this company as they have plenty of negative feedback out there. I purchased a new stainless steel hose to be installed on my new dishwasher. The installers did not install the new hose, and instead hooked the old water line back up. They told me to take the hose back to Best Buy and get a refund. The connection between the old hose and the new dishwasher is where the leak was found. The reason you won't find them (Installs Inc/NAL Group) locally is because of how their model works. Their "trusted service provider network consists solely of local businesses" — they recruit local contractors and subcontractors one zip code at a time to perform the actual installations. So the people who came to your house were almost certainly a small local plumbing or handyman outfit in the Raleigh area that contracts with NAL Group/Installs Inc, who in turn contracts with Best Buy. That's three layers deep: Best Buy → Installs Inc/NAL Group (New Jersey) → local subcontractor (Raleigh area)

  They sell you a printer but they can't keep the ink in stock look like if you are selling printer you would keep the ink in stock for them

  I attempted to purchase a tv on 02/14, however, left after a terrible experience. I asked for a specific tv which was in the back. The sales person (Hispanic woman and a new team member who was black, did not get their names) attempted to upsell me into a more expensive tv instead. I asked for the tv that I came for however, the woman assumed that I did not have enough money to purchase the tv that she was attempting to upsell me. The lady advised that if I couldn’t afford the tv she wanted to sell me then I could see if I qualified for a Best Buy credit card. I ended up leaving without the specific tv that was available and that I came to purchase. I went to the white oak garner location and got helpful assistance and the tv that I originally wanted to purchase at the knightdale location. I would advise to order online, order from another business or go to another bb location as the location is not very customer friendly. The customer service agents here are pushy and extremely rude.

  Shoutout to Amir and the other associates who assisted me with trading in my apple device. Every time I go in Best Buy Everyone is always so friendly, and knowledgeable.
