Each time the other stores in the area have told me the information I received was incorrect. From repair information, to plan information, to cost of several options. Everything I have been told by employees at this location was information that other Verizon employees at near locations have proven incorrect. Nice enough people, but not educated on how to solve any issues I have run into.
