I have bought several and I was dreading going to get a new phone today. Last time we were there for 4 hours. This time an 1.5 hours. Olivia Davis, was amazing. She made it as painless as possible, very kind and funny. We needing help with our subscriptions after we left she helped us through text messages quickly! I will only go back there specifically because of her! Love my new phone!
