    I was having an extremely difficult time getting in touch with anyone at customer service, and really needed to speak to a human. So, I called the store in Kernersville NC and Chris Morton answered the call. To say he went above and beyond to he help me is an understatement. Being at home, on bed rest due to a medical issue, he took care of everything from contacting customer service, making absolutely sure that the representative was answering all the questions, (not an easy task) and making sure I understood everything. I am so thankful for the time he took to help me! If all the people at this store are even close to being as helpful, respectful and kind as Chris was/is, I will continue being a Verizon customer for another 20 years! Thank you so much Chris Morton!

    Olivia was Amazing! I ran in to add a line and had a very limited amount of time to accomplish the task. She was friendly and super helpful and didn’t try to bog me down with unnecessary things. Loved working with her and will look for her next time I have Verizon needs!!!

    My wife and I came into the store to have our phones checked for viruses. Chris Morton greeted us as we entered the store and showed us how to search for compromised passwords. He shared information with us regarding available upgrade opportunities that will keep us within our current budget. Even though we didn’t leave the store with a new phone, we did leave with valuable information to help us have a discussion among ourselves regarding possible upgrades.

    My grandmother went in and worked with a man named Travis the other day, and I just want to say thank you. She hasn’t always kept up with her bill or anything, and she had been getting charges for going over on internet on her phone, and he took the time to ask what all she needed in her plan instead of just offering the highest price plan. He also let her know that we could save on internet since her address qualified, so we are giving that a try. Again, I just want to say thank you. I remember her saying, “we work with him from now on,” when he explained the details of her bill and phone payments and everything.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Verizon store, which is surprising because I’ve always had good experiences here in the past. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I called multiple times trying to do a simple return and was given different and incorrect information each time. Chris Morten first told me I had to meet with a specific representative who would contact me to schedule the return, but that never happened. When I called back, I was finally told the correct representative’s name, only to find out they had moved to another location over 30 minutes away. After making a one-hour round trip to that store, I learned I could have just done the return at my original local store, only a few minutes from home. The entire situation was frustrating, time-consuming, and completely avoidable with accurate information or proper communication. I’ve always trusted Verizon for reliable service, but this experience really made me question how much the company values its customers’ time and loyalty. I guess selling someone a phone to keep your quota met is more important than providing support for something as simple as a return. I won’t be back to this store, and I’m highly considering discontinuing service with Verizon, but how I see things now, losing one customer probably doesn’t matter either when you can get more sales thereafter to make up for it. 👍
