I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store on 251 Western Blvd. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, welcoming, and efficient.
Nathan Butler went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all my options clearly without rushing or pushing unnecessary upgrades. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and doing things right.
The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and attention to detail these days. If you’re going to this Verizon location, ask for Nathan — you won’t regret it.
Highly recommend this store and their team. Five stars all the way.
Best experience I've ever had at a Verizon after going to different locations for over 5 years. Customer service was top tier, Mr. Marquis was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful I definitely recommend going to this location if your in need of anything Verizon's related!

Stebie helped my wife and I switch to Verizon from our previous carriers and take advantage of the best promos available. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products and even how to transfer data and helped us transfer from two Google accounts on my wife's phone to one new Google account without losing any data. This dude really knows dang near everything about the devices, the accounts, the accessories... Like everything! If you're in the market for new phones or changing services, definitely come see this guy! Thank you Stebie!

I have had a headache with this store for weeks. Yessica didn't fully understand what she was doing. She gave me and my sister prices that were lower than what they really were because she didn't explain all the extra fees attached to the upgrade and we both ended up paying more than we originally thought. I live in GA and my family lives here, and my sister was getting an upgrade, it was a good offer, and the offer was extended to me with the promise of it being okay that I was not in town for a few weeks. I was told my new phone would be good to be picked up from my sister and it would be good to go when I got into town, but my phone stopped working for hours when my sister picked them up. They ended up having to fix it at the store, and then the didn't give me a return box for the phone so I had to go into the store to get the box. I also started getting messages saying I would owe money if I didn't turn my device in because they didn't put the extension in the system. Anyways, I get into the store yesterday and ask for a screen protector and the guy put it on not centered and a few hours later it cracked in my pocket. I go back today and they said I dropped it so they couldn't do anything even, though i said i didn’t drop it, and told me to go through the manufacturer and made little to no effort to help me with that. All in all I would advise anyone with questions to go to a different store for the best service and avoid all the unnecessary stress we have had with this store.
