She gave me and my sister prices that were lower than what they really were because she didn't explain all the extra fees attached to the upgrade and we both ended up paying more than we originally thought. I live in GA and my family lives here, and my sister was getting an upgrade, it was a good offer, and the offer was extended to me with the promise of it being okay that I was not in town for a few weeks. I was told my new phone would be good to be picked up from my sister and it would be good to go when I got into town, but my phone stopped working for hours when my sister picked them up. They ended up having to fix it at the store, and then the didn't give me a return box for the phone so I had to go into the store to get the box. I also started getting messages saying I would owe money if I didn't turn my device in because they didn't put the extension in the system. Anyways, I get into the store yesterday and ask for a screen protector and the guy put it on not centered and a few hours later it cracked in my pocket. I go back today and they said I dropped it so they couldn't do anything even, though i said i didn’t drop it, and told me to go through the manufacturer and made little to no effort to help me with that. All in all I would advise anyone with questions to go to a different store for the best service and avoid all the unnecessary stress we have had with this store.
