- DYDixie Lynn Parker-Barnes YaugerJun 9, 20255.0Khideisha (Khi was on her name tag) was the customer service person that helped me and she is extremely knowledgeable about her job and she did everything she could to try to help me but the other employees working during the same time weren't very helpful to her with my problem and left her alone inside store and other customers were in the store and came in and then one came back in for a few minutes and then he went back outside and another guy came in and he was more helpful but it was obvious to me that she was doing most of the work and she did a great job even though she really couldn't help me with my phone but she really tried. I know she just transferred to Jacksonville NC from up north somewhere but she's originally from Jacksonville NC.

The manager didn't help any customers, he just lorded over the employees and played housekeeper. The employee I was assigned to was polite until she figured out we were cancelling a line from the account. Then she ignored us as much as she could, and texted on her phone while we were sitting in front of her. Do not go to this location, very poor customer service.
