Horrible experience. New M4 MacBook Pro was in for a screen repair and they wiped all of my data. The initial salesperson said that it didn't need to back it up because there would be no reason to delete ALL OF MY FILES. When I picked it up, I was visibly upset and the Apple Geek didn't even care. Screw you Huntersville Apple Store!!

New I-pad kept freezing during startup. Took to store were it was reactivated. Store personnel would not help me with setup, had to make phone appt with tech. Next day 45 min on phone and unit kept freezing and tech could not do setup. Tech referred me back to store. I phoned store, employee wanted verbal story, would not ref back to tech’s notes. Asked for Mgr, waited 20 min on-hold with no answer and no call back. Poorest customer service ever. Thanks, Apple !

I came into this Apple Store for a appointment for my iPhone air I had cracked the back glass so I come inside my appointment was at 12:20 I get there 2 mins before and they tell me to take a seat so I did … but I waited 30mins while other people came inside and was seen before with them waiting little to nothing . Finally the women that checked me in came to the table and said “ sorry our Apple genius bar wasn’t ready “ not sure how if I had an appointment set . If I’m being honest she kinda under her breath like she really didn’t mean it but it’s okay I just paid it no mind. So finally someone else came to my table and I originally wanted to replace the whole device with my Apple care one and get a new one but was told they couldn’t do that by them being Apple to fix the device so I said that’s fine. I waited 2 hours and 12mins for them to repair my iPhone only for the guy to tell me they didn’t have a certain piece to replace it called “ cellular RF” and they would need to order the piece and that I would need to come back between 1-5 days for it. I was told I didn’t need a appointment for it. So I came back the next day 4 mins after they open at 10am I check in with the women in the front and told her about me having to come back so they can fix my cellular RF. She tells me that Apple was suppose to call me when the “cellular RF” comes in and not to jus show up…. So the guy lied to me telling me to just show up which is very odd. But luckily the piece had indeed came the next day so I was told it’ll be 1 hour and 30mins wait for the repair so I came back and they give me a brand new device (iPhone air ) I didn’t mind about getting the new device but making me wait 1 hour and 30 mins just to give me a replacement is diabolical if I’m being honest. All I’m saying is some of the Apple people that work there isn’t very transparent and And they need to be held accountable for that Not only that, but it was a racist couple that sat across from me while I was waiting to pick up my device, but they had turned their back all the way around facing the wall like they didn’t want to face me mind you I am a man of color. It didn’t bother me any or make me feel any type of way, but just to realize racism differently exist in Huntsville .

Apple automatically deployed the IOS 26 update on my iPhone 12 and afterward it crashed. Would not power on. I never had any issues with this phone until that update. I explained this to the representatives and they confirmed it wouldn’t power on and said I have to get a new phone. I asked for a discount as it was clear their horrible update crashed my phone. They tried to convince me that it wasn’t the update and these things just happen. One rep even said “if it was the software update, then everyone’s phone wouldn’t be working” … as if everyone has an iPhone 12. I’m seeing more and more complaints online about this with others who have the 12. IOS 26 is obviously incompatible with the 12 and for Apple to deploy this is irresponsible and to dismiss the update as the root cause of destroying my phone and force me to buy a new phone out of my budget is just unethical. Neither the representative nor the store manager was willing to compensate me for the fault of their product. Horrible customer service. Don’t know how you can sleep at night.
