Customer service is great with questions we have and getting us in and out with the right product based on our needs. We will definitely be back to this location when our phone contract is up and will purchase our phones and all other Apple products from this location going forward. Super happy they are in Birkdale Village making them convenient for our needs!

My phone was not backed-up esp photos/WhatsApp data, but without seeking my consent they factory resorted it. I understand I should have kept the backup but most upsetting part was that without seeking [permission they just wiped out my phone which I could have easily done at home. I feel like they were not understanding the customer need, but tying to take the shortcuts to finish the work. be careful !!

I was just at two different locations and got a mediocre experience where it didn’t feel like anyone was really looking out for the customer’s best interest. But today was the complete opposite — I was so impressed by how much they cared, how present they were, and how genuinely they wanted to help. They got me in and out quickly and made me feel completely at home. Huge thanks to Matt, Michael, and Iyanu for making me feel so comfortable and taken care of. You all were quick, efficient, and amazing — you deserve a raise!
- BBBriannaOct 22, 20251.0i went to pick up an online order & was told to stand to the side while they finished up with a customer. i wait a few minutes & this older white man asks me if i need anything so i tell him, then he proceeds to tell me very condescendingly, “you need to wait in line not on the side. no one is coming to you.” i came to spend $1,000 & not even get spoken with respect. ok lol
