  The worst Apple store, they will always ask you to schedule an appointment, then will make you wait. Or they will let you make an appointment for a cracked screen, run all diagnostics, waste your time, and tell you we don't have the part in the store. "Manager" Sam is so useless.

  Terrible place. I waited two hours past my scheduled appointment time, and NO ONE came to give me an explanation or tell me when I would be seen.

  I have a pair of beats for working out and after only a year they stopped because the contact points are bad. Apparently they are just outside of the warranty. I currently use an android for my phone and was considering switching over to iPhone after my initial contact with this store and it's representatives. I was scheduled to come talk to one of their "geniuses" about the poor build quality of the beat headphone. After he admitted that it's a common problem with not only beats but the airpods he proceeded to tell me how it was my fault in the most condescending tone I've ever been spoken to. He showed me zero respect and all he wanted to do was sell me a new pair so I could come back in a year after these $250 headphones barely make it through their warranty and spend more money. He explained how much "better" the new design is and it most likely won't have that issue. He had already admitted that it's a common problem and was never addressed by the manufacturer then tried to sell me a new pair...

  The manager manny was so incredibly helpful with an urgent situation. I use my phone to communicate with a medical device and after my phone dropped, the screen went completely white. I was in panic mode bc this could have been dangerous to my health. He and his team worked hard to ensure my issue was fixed immediately.. thank you manny and team! I’m so grateful

  The staff here were absolutely amazing! Came in to get a phone repaired and they were quick to greet us despite they’re being many people in the store, and they were open and honest with us about a realistic timeline when the phone would be fixed. Walked us through the entire process of backing up everything on the phone, just in case it was lost due to the repair. And when we talked about getting a new screen protector and another charging cable, they did not try to upsell us anything but we’re also honest about what was available.
