I had never had any issues with the employees—they’ve always been great—but I had an unpleasant experience with a woman who said she was the manager. She started laughing at me, so I asked her, “What’s so funny?” and she replied, “It’s your face.” I found that extremely disrespectful. I reported the incident, but I’m not sure if Cricket ever looked into it or checked the security cameras to verify what happened.

My experience was superb the associates were on very friendly and helpful with any questions i had about phones, plans, even down to giving us FREE goodies and guess what they even have FREE phones EVERYONE please stop in and check them out as well as the locations on Grove st and Owen Dr who ever the manager is who have a awesome group of people.
