  An amazing experience today at the Hillsborough store. We spent 2 plus hours today porting a phone line from Consumer Cellular to Cricket. After 4 calls we walked out with a new I phone. Cricket's manager Treonna went above and beyond the rudeness from CC customer service representatives. They hung up on her once, 2 representatives were rude. Sounded like they didn't want to complete the task. What kind of customer service does that? Not Cricket Wireless. A second attempt at porting was unsuccessful because the second call to CC cancelled the phone making a 3rd attempt to the old provider, unsuccessful. Finally, the fourth attempt worked like a charm, thanks to the dedicated people at Cricket. Sound confusing, well there was a lot of eye rolling and sighs of disbelief. Poor customer serve is never tolerated. Thank you Treonna. 😊
