Upon returning a device to this store, the associate mixed up the return and deleted the agreed upon phone credit without explanation. After waiting about a week thinking the situation would correct itself, I returned to the store. Not only was the second associate, Jay, unhelpful, he was rude. He made snarky comments and refused to let me speak to the manager. He also claimed he was ‘being nice’ by letting me see MY account information and could not give me anything to reference when calling customer support, which was his only solution for the problem his store created. Verizon is a shell game! I’m not one for poor reviews, but here I am since I was unable to handle the situation in the store with the manager as I requested.

Verizon squeezed my service unit I am no longer able to connect to the Server. Same spot, 5G and then later you have next to no service or just completely cut from the Cell Tower. Verizon is TRASH.
