  Worst spot to get the iPhone 17 Pro Max went to purchase it here and I got the phone in payments through progressive leasing, and I did my math and the phone was 1,200 and if I waited the 12 months to pay off the phone it was a 2.4% fee which comes out to 2,880 and on the Progressive leasing it says that I owe them almost 3,200 and I went to the store in Hickory and I spoke to the short black guy with a gap between his teeth and a short sped Hispanic girl and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it and told me to call progressive leasing. did not care at all and was speaking to her mid conversation she told me to move to the side because she was taking another customer instead of me which I was there before them and she did that twice I do not recommend the store. go to Conover and if they don’t have the phone that you want there I recommend you just wait until they have it because this store has really bad customer service and like to put hidden fees in your account.

  So I went in today stressed out that metro screwed me over, Tevin was so helpful to get me on a good plan and went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with a phone service which I need to make income. I recommend him a promotion by his employer. He at least should get employee of the month since he was patient with us and went over everything there is to know about my new service provider. If you need affordable good service stop by and see Tevin at Cricket he's happy to help!

  My husband left his phone on the top of the car and it shattered. So we came to the Cricket store on 70 and explained everything to Tevin and he was awesome. He got right to it and had my husband a new phone in no time at all.If you want fast efficient customer service see TEVIN!!! HE IS AWESOME!!!!
