- AAAthroJan 30, 20262.0Your first attempt to solve to someone's problem should not be trying to sell me on a new phone, and when I say no just turn off one of my sim cards and say it's working because a single text went through after a solid minute so you can hurry me out. I wasn't born yesterday. Had to get help from somebody who doesn't even work for the company I pay 50$ a month.
- DNDave N.Jan 18, 20181.0I never write reviews, but I am done with the way this store treats customers. Avoid this store if you can! They can only offer you a terrible customer service experience. Their new management is rude and arrogant. A manager should never throw a receipt at a customer only because he/she can't communicate in the same language. A manager should never laugh at a customer because he/she speaks broken English. A manager should never threaten to refuse service only because the customer can not remember his/her password. They have 0 awareness of what customer service means. Keep this up and surely your customers will look for other service providers. I know I will.
