    The store does not answer phone calls, it goes directly to customer service NOT IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA! I've been trying to upgrade my cell phone for about 3 months now and customer service is NON-EXISTENT! I don't know what the store has in stock, then they want for me to go to Morehead City to return my other phone! I don't live close to either store! I've been unhappy with Verizon since day one, especially this store. I was taken advantage of, but had to suck it up because it's the only service that ALMOST works where I live.

    The experience with Wayne was great and fast. What I didn't expect was for Verizon to charge a county tax of $21 and then a state tax of $50. Like I thought I was going to pay $50 plus taxes but not a $120 bill. It is what it is. At least I didn't have to sit in a phone store for hours like in the past as if I was buying a car or something

    Mixed bag experience. Paden (our direct tech) was SUPER responsive and attentive, stayed an hour after closing to help out with our issues; the kind of hire that should be invested in. Management team present during the visit was not very transparent about our phone plan (including payments, what services were being billed and why, and other options for pricing). Edit: Spelling of Paden's name.
