I've been trying to upgrade my cell phone for about 3 months now and customer service is NON-EXISTENT! I don't know what the store has in stock, then they want for me to go to Morehead City to return my other phone! I don't live close to either store! I've been unhappy with Verizon since day one, especially this store. I was taken advantage of, but had to suck it up because it's the only service that ALMOST works where I live.

Like I thought I was going to pay $50 plus taxes but not a $120 bill. It is what it is. At least I didn't have to sit in a phone store for hours like in the past as if I was buying a car or something
