  Went to upgrade two phones on my acct last night. The two women working were very friendly and helpful. They were very professional but still a good time! laughs were had! Making the process less stressful. They even stayed about 10 minutes late to finish my upload.10/10 recommend the customer service. HOWEVER, the COMPANY INSANE! There was NO HEAT in the building! 30 degrees outside and freezing inside!!! I was there approx 1.5hrs I froze, I even had to go to the car to warm up while phones were transferring data. The employees were freezing and should not have to work under those conditions. They should be supplied with space heaters and a bonus for making cricket money while you cant even spend it to have the heat fixed immediately for them! NOT TO TAKE DAYS or WEEKS like told to them! Yall have heat in your cozy offices tho, right?

  Es molesto que en el mapa dice que está abierto y siempre que voy esta cerrado, una ves fui y me tocó esperar una hora a qué abrieran, en el mapa dice que abren a las 12 y los empleados habren asta la 1 de la tarde, en el mapa dice que cierran a las 6 de la tarde, son las 3:30 y ya está cerrado.
