I came in with a complete online order mess, and she calmly sat me down, walked through everything step by step, and fixed it without making me feel rushed or frustrated. She was beyond patient, incredibly warm, and genuinely cared about helping me. And when I mentioned I was cold, she literally gave me her coat. Who does that anymore?! That kind of kindness is rare. Hands down, she’s the best they have. If you come to this Verizon location, ask for Felicia. You won’t regret it.

If you can get an appointment with Felicia, you are set. She was an absolute rock star. She took less than 1 hour to solve what multiple calls, emails and chats to Verizon customer service couldn't do in the last 2 years. She took care of my trade ins, my plans (didn't upsell me, actually gave me what I needed) and then to top it off to ked the house with a great deal for some trade ins and upgrades. She was flexible, understanding, patient, empathetic and the way she treated me should be the golden standard of any customer facing relationship.

Fixed every thing on my account and double checked that everything was fixed before I left. We had some hiccups, not because of him-just bad luck, and Chase kept us updated all the way through the process. He kept in touch, always told us the truth even when I know it was hard for him to share with us, and never gave up! If I reached out he was there with an answer. He worked on our case for many days and many hours until it was all straightened out. If you need someone who is going to work with you and get the job done then Chase is your guy!!!
