Transferring all data, emails, apps and even passwords seamlessly. No confusion. In addition, Abel reduced our bill several ways! He even stayed after his work hours to made this all happen! Abel is amazing! This was the best experience we had with a Verizon representative in my 20 years as a Verizon customer.

Im not here to tell you not to join verizon , just don't go to this store to do it. I switched from AT&T to Verizon and that was a bad decision on my part. The sales associate david at this location promised everything under the sun to get me and my wife to join, including a $300 account credit which we never received and lied about what are monthly payments would be. We tried to reach out the the management and other associates at this store and they were no help at all. They seemed to not care about our complaints at all saying " david is such a nice guy he would never do anything like that". Cellular sales was no help also saying we had no proof of our claims. If you do chose to use this location make sure you get everything in writing. We will be leaving verizon as soon as we are able

Our attempts to seek assistance from the store manager and various sales representatives at the store were unsuccessful, as they did not seem inclined to help us. This led us to file a claim with US Cellular, which was subsequently denied, as they stated they do not offer such a $300 credit. Since we lacked written proof, we are now bound to an overpriced and unreliable service. Furthermore, our monthly payment appears questionable, as we are being charged for multiple services to which we did not agree and about which we were not informed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!
