At one point or another each employee had looked up and stared at me as if I had entered a club without proper membership. As I stood there awkwardly, not one person could give me any sort of reception. I would have been happy with: welcome, have a seat, come back later, or anything else. No, I just received silence and blank stares as if I was an intruder. I left the store and purchased my new IPhone elsewhere. Shame on the employees and a bigger shame on the management who trained them.
