  I came in intending to purchase the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses display model, and the cashier’s behavior was completely unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—making the entire experience so unpleasant that I will not be returning to this store.

  Guy manning the laptops was very patronizing. Very rude after I showed him the exact laptop I wanted. Ended up buying it online, why did I even bother coming in? Woman running the register up front was very nice.

  Customer service does not care if you're not buying expensive parts. They are only interested in selling no matter what you are looking for and there are low on products. Meaning they are not in stock the way they should be
