This very rare after calling the VERIZON on New Garden and getting very bad customer service from a young lady and having extremely bad customer service from support, It felt like a miracle to get help in my emergency circumstance. Please consider giving this young man more opportunities to serve and grow as a professional with Verizon. Trust me you all could use his services before someone else snatch him for his skills lol.
