After many hours of trouble shooting myself (Samsung support, reddit, etc.) and going in another V store, I was given the number to the Tech Coach line. Short story is 6 tech specialists over 4 days for total of 5 hours on phone (and another phone overnighted) I still had the same issue. I went to New Garden store to just get a different type phone, but Brunno wanted to see if he could solve the puzzle. It took a bit, but he did! It felt like a miracle to me and my all my frustration turned to serious thanksgiving. He was patient and polite through the entire time. To boot he looked over our family plan and saw where we needed some updates that actually improved the plan and saved us money each month. A gal just can't ask for anything more! Thank you!!

Ashley understood and agreed that an error had been made and made several corporate calls to correct the error and to get for us a very generous bill reduction to compensate us for recent billing mistakes. We could not have fixed the problem without Ashley's persistence and knowhow and are very appreciative.
