    Ask for Garrett P. !!! The 5 stars is for his service and our appreciation for the amount of time and attention he has spent on our account. I was at my wits end with Verizon. I walked into the store one evening absolutely fuming with a billing issue and was greeted by Garrett. He was polite understanding and incredibly helpful. I had called the support line six times from my phone, three times from my work phone, contacted Verizon through the chat an incredible amount of times and gone already to an in person store and they weren’t able to help. Garrett worked tirelessly to correct the errors on my bill and account made by other people. We were so pleased we drove an hour from our home to the store to upgrade our phone and buy other products because we knew we were in good hands.

    My family and I switched from Verizon back in November for a deal on iphones. We ended up having issues with payments continuing to come out due to a port error. Jessica not only helped fix my situation but, she treated me with the respect, professionalism and care as though I was still a member. Customer service is easy when you get something out of it. It is a rarity to find someone who truly has your best interest in mind. Jessica was thoughtful kind and receptive to my needs. I will definitely be returning to Verizon when this contract ends, and look forward to working with her again.

    Completely different vibe and for the good! Everyone there is handling business and making sure your concerns are heard and handled. Bruno is my family’s favorite and highly recommended switching to Verizon and talking to the man with the plan aka Bruno like mars but don’t ask him to sing… we will always and forever stay loyal customers thanks again!🤘🏻🙈💗

    I recently had a great Business to Business experience with Micah and Tyler @ this location. I’m so glad I didn’t try to do this online. Together they helped me navigate a cumbersome transfer. Their attitude and energy was greatly appreciated!

    On July 14, 2025 i visited this store to pay my final bill and turn in my devices, over a thousand dollars was paid that day. All my numbers had been transferred to another carrier. I was told that everything was taken care of and no further actions were needed. I no longer had access to the on-line portal so had no way to confirm. Little did i know, Verizon continued to auto-draft my checking account for my monthly bill for the remainder of the year. I noticed it in January of 2026 and called to understand what was happening. It was an error on their end and they stopped auto-drafting any further at that point but they refused to refund my money for the past 5 months i was charged. I called theyre customer service line multiple times, but nothing was done. They had my devices (turned in to them on July 14, and knew I didn't use a shred of data) but still refused to refund. All totalled, they took almost $800 from my account. I was a customer for 20+ years, but they will never get another dime from me or my family.
