  This is my favorite location in Greensboro. They work with you to find great deals and take the time to explain everything. Micah and Steven helped me out with separate visits. Both are very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Battleground!

  I had an amazing experience with Verizon. Jessica was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help me order my new phone. She made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly taken care of throughout the whole process. When there were moments where others weren’t being very cooperative, Jessica spoke up for me and made sure everything was handled the right way. I also want to give credit to the manager, Bruno. He did a great job supporting the situation and helped make sure I received a good deal on my phone. The teamwork and customer service here were excellent. Because of Jessica and Bruno, this experience was stress-free and positive. I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and kindness. I highly recommend this Verizon loc

  Alex David Henson is the best!! If you want someone who understands how to take a situation gone terribly wrong and turn it around, THEN work to save you money on your monthly bill, this is the man to see. What a great asset for Verizon. Whatever you need or don't even know you need, he will take care of you with excellent guidance. Go see him.

  Damian was a huge help in getting encrypted data unlocked on my Pixel yesterday! I had spent three phone calls and 30 minutes in person with a consultant to no avail. Damian fixed the problem in minutes. I'm so grateful and so glad to have such a valuable resource nearby. Thanks again, Damian!

  **Outstanding Service! Ask for J'uan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I am absolutely **thrilled** with my experience at this Verizon location! The level of service was truly outstanding—if I could give them 10 stars, I would! The entire team is new, and the energy is fantastic. If you go in, **J'uan is the one you want to request!** He goes above and beyond to support every customer need. I wasn’t even in the market for a new phone, but because of how much he helped with my mother’s phone and showed us the upgrades we were eligible for, I decided to upgrade right then and there. The deal we received was better than any other I’ve seen. Bottom line: this store has **amazing customer service**. I would highly recommend them for all your cellular needs! Again Thank you J'uan for your assistance!!!
