    I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 13 years, but this store really let me down. Like several other reviews mention, I got the distinct impression they were more interested in adding lines to my account than giving me straightforward service. They tried to convince me that an extra line would be “paid for with credits,” but when I checked Verizon’s own website, the math didn’t add up — my actual quote online was cheaper and more transparent. I don’t want extra lines “covered by discounts”; I want the lines I actually use at the best possible price, and I didn’t get that honesty here. To top it off, the woman who answered the phone before my visit was rude and dismissive, telling me it was “policy” not to give inventory info over the phone — even though another corporate store had no issue doing exactly that. I ended up wasting about an hour and a half of my time because I trusted them instead of my instincts after that call. After 13 years as a loyal Verizon customer, this experience really soured my view of the brand — and quite possibly cost Verizon my business.

    Horrible customer service at this location, the sales associate lied to me, I’m sorry correction, she mislead me in her own words. There wasn’t a manager in the building to help me. I was told I can go to a different Verizon to handle, turns out that was a lie too. They expected me to pay a restock fee of my devices that I wouldn’t have gotten if I wasn’t lied too. The sales associate told me she has been texting with no reply to return my watches, then sent screenshots and it was to the wrong number, which is interesting to me when I pay them for my phone service. Finally got a solution after calling customer service and they are handling it from here. This has been a waste of my time.

    Avoid the location and the "leadership" at all costs. They are not there to help you one bit. Management and Upper Leadership ONLY CARE about what they can sell you or add to your account. You're are better off using the app or going elsewhere

    Always a good experience at Verizon. I put my payment in the machine and it got stuck. They wanted me to leave and credit me the money after they got it out. Instead they could have just gave me a receipt for the money. But instead said they didn’t have it yet. Its in the machine! Lol Whatttt Im like, its in your machine i cant take it back. And i cant get the machine. You know you’re going ti get it. Only took 10-15 mins. And they finally got the machine open. Got rectified. But it’s better user experience to let the customer go and cover the money internally for the 10-15. Obviously i couldn’t take the money back. Only the other hand, if you wanted to pretend i didn’t pay i had no proof. So to give me a receipt was no risk. For me to leave without a receipt was a risk. Yall wanted me to trust yall to credit me later. Cool. But to give me a receipt for the money didn’t require trust at all. You already had the money. I mean you saw me put it in and verified that it was in the machine. Not that you had to take my word about it. You verified what happened! Lol So im only mentioning it so you think about it for next time it happens with someone else. No big deal for me. I didn’t make a big deal about it. But some people…….. lol you would have drama in that store and it never had to happen. Anyway, i digress. Folks was nice though. Always. Just trying to help. Different perspective that probably serves you better long term.
