- BWBrooke WardMar 29, 20255.0If you need a Samsung Frame TV installed GEEK SQUAD is 100% the Company you need to call. I cannot express how great of a job Anthony and Chris did today! They were incredibly friendly and professional and they installed my TV like the pros they are! Originally, I hired a competitor that was unable to install my Samsung Frame TV (because they are different from other TV installations due to the flush mount.) I am so thankful for their expertise and hardwork! GEEK SQUAD will be my "go to" Company moving forward!

I showed them numerous examples of people with the same make and model of my car who had installed the same one. They refused me multiple times even though the free installation was provided with my radio. Don't waste your time with these guys they are lazy, incompetent, and don't really care about the customers.

Best Buy does not sell a screen protector so I called and confirmed that they would still install it, since they do sell it. I wasted 20 minutes of my life driving to Best Buy to stand in a 15 minute line to be told they could not do it. 20 minutes back home... almost an hour of my life wasted and nothing to show for it. My time, just like everyone else’s, is valuable. If the associate would have just said that they could not do it, I could have spent that time doing something better. So now I’ll have a touch screen computer with bubbles all over the screen. Great
