- RRRick RickAug 27, 20241.0Call geeks quad main office number . Gave them the make and model of my computer screen. They said no problem we can fix both of them. Would you like to set up an appointment? I said let me just go to Greensboro and see if they're not too busy. I drove 45 minutes to an hour got there. And they said they do not work home computer screens that they did not sail. If the main hub would let me know on that it wouldn't save me a lot of time and aggravation.
- AAA4osorioNov 4, 20195.0We have bought 4 laptops and a table at Best Buy. We always get the Geek Squad plan that they offer and we love it..... Friendly and very helpful staff....only one laptop that I bought had to be shipped to the warehouse to get it fix and it took about two weeks for me to get it back but that was it after that never had a problem with it..... And recently I lost one of the little tiny screw that goes in the screen and they replaced it as soon as I got to the store...I truly recommend it!

Best Buy does not sell a screen protector so I called and confirmed that they would still install it, since they do sell it. I wasted 20 minutes of my life driving to Best Buy to stand in a 15 minute line to be told they could not do it. 20 minutes back home... almost an hour of my life wasted and nothing to show for it. My time, just like everyone else’s, is valuable. If the associate would have just said that they could not do it, I could have spent that time doing something better. So now I’ll have a touch screen computer with bubbles all over the screen. Great
