    Look, Best Buy is a great business as a whole. But this location has to be one of my least favorites I’ve been to. First, when I arrived, there’s multiple younger employees (probably in early 20s) running around in the parking lot like they’re playing tag. Secondly, after purchasing a $2300 computer and having it ordered to this location for pick up, an older lady picks up the computer from behind closed doors and slams it onto the counter (telling me to have a good day). In reality, I probably should’ve said then and there that I wanted a different computer. Going to test it out tonight.

    I would like to start this review by stating that the geek squad staff were very pleasant and great to work with. By no means does this review reflect their work because they were great. However, their outsourced repair vendor is absolutely terrible, and I will never use them again. I took in my 1.5 year old lenovo laptop in because it was not turning on. Come to find out that the motherboard was messed up. They told me that it would need to be shipped out to be repaired and it would take up to 6 weeks to be completed. I received an update that my laptop made it to the facility. I then was quoted a price that I did approve. I saw the tracking that the parts were ordered. It remained like this for a few weeks so I reached out and was told they would look into it for me. I did not hear anything back. I waited a week before contacting them again to get an update on the status of my laptop. Again, I was told they would check in on it, and they would let me know. The next day I got a notification that my laptop was ready to be picked up. I went to pick up my laptop yesterday and i was informed that it was returned UN REPAIRED. They did have my laptop for 6 weeks!! This was not ever communicated to me and I was under the impression that it was fixed as I was never notified of this. I was told that it looked like the parts were ordered that canceled. Again, I was never notified of this. I was told that my options were to ship it out again, which I will not be doing, go to a different repair shop, or to purchase a new laptop. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism of this encounter. Sincerely the stressed out graduate student who is still without a laptop.

    Not about the local store but corporate screwing up. Fix your Manage credit Card tab on your website it sucks. I am unable to access or log in to manage credit cards. I call costumer service and they can't get me in my account. You software gurus are not making the website user friendly obviously. Fix it!

    Had the lens I needed on my way to the shoot. For a few reasons I won't go into, I found myself needing a Nikon Z 14-24mm lens, and I came to this realization as I was traveling to the shoot in the mountains. These folks had exactly what I needed, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Super helpful, super easy. One of several pictures from that shoot attached.

    Staff doesn’t know what they are doing the app says one hour I got an email saying my tv is ready for pick up and I get there they don’t have it ready i went to customer service and the employee has no clue as to what she is doing and the app doesn’t let me return it , they are fast to take your money but offer no customer service i can get the tv at Walmart for the same amount of money without a runaround worst customer service from a big box store i will not be spending any more money with them the only resolution they gave me was to wait a week to let the order cancel itself out but the app promises ready in an hour chatted online on the app called the 1800 number with no help they dont care about the customer they are quick to take the money but slow to give me my tv
