    A few days ago I had a very bad experience at this store. I wouldn’t recommend other people to take their phones here because my experience trading them in was made very difficult. When I was transferring information into the new phone, it wasn’t properly communicated what needed data needed to be transferred, and with this mistake they then told me “the phone is now unsellable” which was rough because it was the only model & color available in the store. That part would not bother me as much because I get mistakes happen, however the fact the phone I now had to continue using due to the complications had cleared my sim/logged out of my number with no service was brutal. It was a really troubling experience. I had to go to a nearby T-Mobile and get my sim replaced because apple made so many mistakes with such a short time even handling my phone, my original phone is completely paid off and was never purchased directly from any Apple Store which is why it shocked me how much went wrong, overall it was an unfortunate experience and when I was getting my sim replaced at t-mobile the worker lamented about how often this kind of stuff happens to people I wouldn’t normally leave a review but knowing it’s frequently happened before makes me believe it should be known to be weary of when going to this location.

    Crystal was so professional and friendly and helpful In Upgrading my two phones. She spent so much time with me and patiently answered all of my questions with her expert opinion. Everything was well organized, and helpful when I entered the store and my time there Could not have been more positive. Thank you

    Absolutely atrocious care by the Apple “Genius” staff. Went to get 3 new iPhones and only left with 1 simple because they had ONE iPhone 17 purple in stock- somehow the “genius” who was hitting on the girl in front of us paying us absolutely no attention or help what so ever messed up trying to get our new phone connected and basically screwed it up to be like “oops it was a glitch and unfortunately I have no more in stock” ??? are you joking??? after making an appointment I was there from 12:30 until 2:10. I’m not an idiot when it comes to how to work an iPhone either i’m 26, been doing this for YEARS. They were extremely careless and it messed up my sisters phone in the process so we had to drive all the way to our actual phone carrier to get a new sim card so her old phone would work since apple technicians messed up so badly trying to connect the new phone WE COULDNT EVEN LEAVE WITH. absolutely a joke.

    Very disappointed about how Apple friendly center handling the situation about my replacement iPhone. At firsts they told me that was going to take about 5 days to get my new replacement iPhone. Now it has been almost 20 days and still waiting for the replacement iphone. Every time I talked to someone from apple, they say that they still waiting for the phone and they don’t know when it will arrive. This is getting frustrated. I mean how long it takes for a phone to get ship. I have apple care and pay $13.99 a month and this is the kind of service I get. It’s ridiculous.
