Her password had gone from 4 digits to 6 digits at some point. I partially knew the 4 digit password, but not the 6. Crystal was able to use the 4 digits which allowed me to guess correctly on the second try. Once the password worked, she turned me over to Sabra who reset my phone (erasing all contacts) and then restoring the phone once it was confirmed to be backed up to iCloud. It was a tedious and anxious process, but my sister’s phone was restored. Thank you to Sabra and Crystal, I was desperate. You are awesome!!! 😊

I tried to resolve the issue through Apple customer service, but the support was unsatisfactory. The response time was slow, and I didn't receive a concrete solution. As a loyal Apple user, I expected more efficient service and better product quality. I believe Apple should strengthen its quality controls and offer faster, more user-friendly technical support to prevent its customers from having such frustrating experiences.
