- MMMelodie6 days ago1.0Terrible! We waited 2 hours for them to tell us to go back to Verizon for purchase receipt, then go back to apple busy to clear & unlock the phone!!! Ridiculous! SO VERY GRATEFUL I'M AN ANDROID USER!!

He made what I thought was going to be an extremely painful process easy. If everyone there is half as good at their job as he is you can’t go wrong by stopping by.
- CFCarlos FierroApr 7, 20261.0Might want consider another Apple location for Genius Bar services - I had a bad experience, MacBook Pro logic replacement took about four attempts to complete- Apple human errors on ordering the correct part based on serial number . Wrong part installation , a couple hw issues out of their control but still tried to deliver the MacBook with wrong logic boards specs - finally got the job right . They are polite, friendly and professional but too many cooks in the kitchen that’s leads into confusion and not paying attention to details on case notes -
