  I truly dont know what kind of establishment allows ugly rude behavior from their employees, but every time I go or call I always get a certain employee that has an a very unlikable attitude, the thing is they don’t even try to help you out with anything they just say there’s not much u can do” or dial this number and so on with an ugly attitude if you don’t like your job then don’t work there simple as that.

  Very bad customer service ask the lady in this store I ask a simple question can the iPad used as a Regular phone her answer was yes cancel my other line to put a iPad on the line now she going to say only it can use for iCloud calls only. After doing all that no time say that give me a number and now trying to call it do not ring. Also the manager and employee was getting mad the fact that they both did not know about their service so sad. I wast my money because people in this company do not understand basic English. Both need more training. So hope that corporate see firing need to be done to both workers.
