I literally went in and no customers were there and it took over a hour and half to get this done. The person helping me literally walked away for 30 minutes and I had no clue where she went to. Fast forward to today. My husband went to purchase a phone because his broke. He ordered a phone online and they told him, he would need to cancel that order in which they wasn’t offering the same deal. Customer service here definitely does not come second nature and it just proves why services should be move to another carrier.

I visited 5 stores trying to resolve this issue. Only Nathan could resolve it. During the hours Nathan worked with Spectrum, I saw many happy customers come and go from this store. Well done, Nathan and Verizon!!!

They do not even communicate with each other anymore causing borderline theft of a phone we purchased outright that we never received, and they have no clue why it wasn’t released and how to help.They all just keep blaming the other. Now they are saying (day 2) just redo the process and ask for a refund (that we won’t receive for two weeks) and try again. Yeah, like I want to do THAT all over again with NO real resolution. And VANCE the manager was NO help. Kinda scary how they will handle issues. NO THANKS! UPDATE: We got our phone finally - no thanks to this store who did a terrible job helping! Our Verizon rep from Best Buy stepped in to help do their job. If you want to stick with Verizon go to Best Buy!
