  Do not use this store if you are going in to take advantage of a promotion or looking to recieve a rebate. With little explanation, the salesman simply confirmed every question and even after asking if there was anything we needed to do and his answer was: "no you will receive an email." Then after countless chats we are informed of the waiting period (no problem with that). Jokes on us though, no one even looked at our account to find out if what was needed to be completed by us (which remember the salesman neglected to inform us). So here it is is almost 3 months and no resolution. I have had verizon for more than 10 years and this experience has me looking elsewhere to transfer our entire account. Customer service is a thing of the past. Here you will not receive time only promises to get the sale and then you're left on your own ro navigate the overseas customer service calls and late evening chats to try and reach a resolution only to always be told to wait on yet another email. I have been beyond patient. If your looking into verizon, think again and if you're sold on verizon, at least go to a different store --- satellite stores at least give you the time of day.

  Went in to the Gastonia store because my iPhone had completely stopped working. Chris, one of the store managers attended to my issue immediately and with the assistance of I’m assuming tech support over the phone, they got my phone back working within about 25 minutes. Grateful I didn’t have to buy a new phone! Thanks Chris!

  I just finished working with James Helton. James is the man!! My phone was hacked, with super, super annoying ads as well as attemped scam virus ads. He fixed them all. He is calm, cool, and collected. Thank you James!!
