Chris, one of the store managers attended to my issue immediately and with the assistance of I’m assuming tech support over the phone, they got my phone back working within about 25 minutes. Grateful I didn’t have to buy a new phone! Thanks Chris!

The whole time he was helping us he was whispering the deals…. It seemed like he didn’t want others to hear maybe he was lying to us? He kept pushing us to get a specific deal and insisted we do.. when we stated we were confused about the numbers he laughed and told us to pull out our calculators because he “didn’t understand” what we were confused about. Very rude to us and did not know how to clearly explain the deals… kept showing us different numbers but would not have solid answers when we asked. He said his other coworker who we previously had was lying about a deal we got in the past. 0/10 experience at this Verizon.
