Had bought the G.S protection, they had to ship it off, which they also charged me for, charged me for backing up the memory, and told me it would be two weeks. Today is the day I'm supposed to pick it up and the tracker says "still waiting for parts", for the SECOND time. Because I do not have my laptop I will be kicked out of my college class (NCSU is NOT CHEAP) AND lose my financial aid because it will drop me below the required credit hours. Today, instead of picking up my laptop I will be contacting the BBB.
