  Called the phone number of the Garner store to reach the Geek Squad only to be put on hold, have someone who works "remotely" pick up the phone, offer to connect me to the store but first wanted all kinds of information having nothing to do with connecting me to the store. I called the local number again and the same thing, I get someone probably in India offering to connect me to the store provided I give them all kinds of information. Tried the local store number again only to end up with some "remote" person grilling me for info after telling me they would transfer my call to the store. Now I understand why the store was devoid of customers when we were there and the store staff seems down to a minimum number of employees. Best Buy as a corporation is struggling right now and the main reason is poor customer service. Edit: the canned response from Best Buy is ridiculous. I stated my issues and I'm not going to go all over the place posting it again. Best Buy simply doesn't care.

  im trying to call my local store with an issue and and when i get AI i request a human being. next thing im on the line with a foreigner who i cant understand. all so they can keep their employees off the phone and save a buck.

  BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE Imagine deciding to upgrade your dishwasher, having it installed, and then developing a major leak within 24 hours to deal with yourself. Would pulling up the floors be inconvenient? Take the extra time to go somewhere else. It may be worth it. They may have a shortage of quality installers.. Best Buy chose to have "Installs Inc" perform this installation. Be sure to research this company as they have plenty of negative feedback out there. Be sure your familiarized with this company before you purchase an appliance because they will be entering your home. I purchased a new stainless steel hose to be installed on my new dishwasher. The installers did not install the new hose, and instead hooked the old water line back up. They told me to take the hose back to Best Buy and get a refund. The connection between the old hose and the new dishwasher is where the leak was found.

  Hands-down, the best Best Buy shopping experience ever! I was assisted by Carson over in appliances. He was so great making sure all of my questions were answered. All of my needs were taken care of. Looking forward to coming back and working with you again, Carson.

  Very limited staff this morning, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. But I am understanding, as being short staffed is frustrating for customers and employees, alike. However, Anthony, the gentleman at the front working security, was very helpful and super informative, he answered all the questions I had about a PC purchase, and what would work best for our gaming/small business needs. Unfortunately I just didn't have a lot of time to wait for someone to be available to help me back in that department, and so I didn't make the purchase like I intended to this morning. However, because of Anthony's friendliness and assistance I will make a trip back to this location another time to purchase and hopefully they will have more people working the sales floor then. Lots of people looking around for help today, but only one person on the floor.
