    I just love Best Buy in Garner. I always great service; however today I received outstanding service from two employees: Matt and Nathan. They both went above and beyond to assist us today with our purchase!!!!

    I believe that customer service is a huge part of any business no matter how big or small. I dealt with Trey this afternoon to purchase a computer and he was so knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude and was so patient and willing to help. Unfortunately the monitor we bought had a defect, so we returned to the store 4 hours later and Trey was still there! He made it a point to step in and assess everything, He found the issue and even took the time to ensure the new one was working properly. Kudos to Best Buy for hiring such a outstanding young man.!!

    We purchased a refrigerator and icemaker from BB. Delivery and instal by BB. After several months, multiple instal visits, icemaker not functioning, ordering a second icemaker, hours and hours of calls with BB CS, BB telling us to call the manufacturer once or twice, one agent telling us it was no longer BBs problem ... we finally used videos so that we could reinstall the icemaker ourselves. A to Z installed wrong. We did get a small refund and an apology gift card. Just not worth it.
