But a friend told me to try Franklin. And boy, am I glad he did, I came in and was immediately greeted and treated like family by a nice young man with dark hair. I believe his name was Luciano. But he figured out my issue Lickety split. And I was on my merry way. I’ll be back as soon as I’m ready for an upgrade and I hope I’m treated to the same service next time. It really made my day!
