  So i have never had an issue with cricket and frankly i still like cricket but if you go in the store avoid speaking to Brooke. She doesn't represent cricket at all! She was very short with her answers and rude. Her actions made me feel like she didn't like me or her job. I always have positive vibes and can deal with pretty much any one. Except when someone's attitude is horrible. I understand and respect policys very well but someone should train Brooke in her delivery or she is going to ruin people off instead of being people in.

  I have been a Cricket customer for years. I have always liked the customer service I have received. I went for help locally and was mortified by the extreme rudeness I was treated to by the manager and staff. I meed a new phone but it won't be there and I will be cancelling my service as well.
